2009: KAISER celebrates 90th anniversary and the premium series LA FORME turns 25.
2006: Development of a new material combining metal + silicone gives birth to the new generation of baking pans LA FORME Perfect.
2005: Commitment to production in Germany: In cooperation with the Frauenhofer Institute, a new production and logistics structure is developed, resulting in expansion and renovation for future markets.
2002: WMF acquires controlling interest in the company. KAISER continues to operate independently on the market.
2002: QUADRO – development of the first square springform pan.
1997: Market launch of the first springform pan with a leak-proof bottom.
1994: 75th anniversary. KAISER meanwhile sells baking pans in more than 30 countries.
1987: KAISER is the market leader in Europe and the global market leader for springform pans.
1984: Birth of the premium series LA FORME and start of a unique market success. First springform pan with a full flat bottom.
1968: KAISER develops the first baking forms with nonstick coating and gains a competitive market edge.
1963: Constant growth necessitates expansion. KAISER is the first company to settle in the new industrial area in Diez/Lahn.
1954: Move to Nassau/Lahn. The city’s historic grain hall becomes the new production site.
1919: Founding of the company by Wilhelm Ferdinand Kaiser as a wholesale enterprise for metal goods in Beierfeld, amid the Erzgebirge Mountains.
